After activating Rezicraft, a new Rezicraft item appears in the WordPress admin sidebar. This guide explains every menu item and who can access it.
Rezicraft (dashboard)
Path: Rezicraft (top-level menu, document icon)
The dashboard is a short welcome screen with quick links:
- Manage Resumes — opens the Resumes list or empty-state page
- Templates — opens the template gallery
Use this as a home base when you first install the plugin.
Resumes
Path: Rezicraft → Resumes
This submenu leads to your resume posts.
Before your first published resume: you see an empty-state screen with a Create Resume button that takes you to Templates.
After at least one published resume: you see the standard WordPress list table with all your resumes — title, date, status, and row actions (Edit, View, Trash, etc.).
From the list you can:
- Edit any resume in the block editor
- View the public resume URL
- Trash or restore resumes
- (Pro, when enabled) Use Email to Recruiter on published resumes
Authors see only their own resumes. Administrators see all resumes.
Templates
Path: Rezicraft → Templates
Browse all available layouts, apply Pro filters (colors, headshot, fonts), preview templates full-size, and click Use Template to start a new resume.
Requires: Administrator (manage_options)
Authors who need to create resumes should be directed here by an admin, or given sufficient capability to access template creation flows through Use Template links.
Billing
Path: Rezicraft → Billing

Settings (Pro only)
Path: Rezicraft → Settings
Configure PDF download, Email to Recruiter, custom background colors, and manage your Pro license.
This menu item is hidden on the free WordPress.org build because Pro settings and implementation are not included in that package.

Admin bar
When viewing a public resume while logged in, the WordPress admin bar includes an Edit Resume link for quick access to the block editor.
