Proposal status: Draft, Pending Review, Published, Opened, Approved. Declined
- Draft = The same old WordPress default post draft .
- Published = WP default post visibility status “Public”.
- Pending review = WP default post function pending review.
- Scheduled = WP default post publish status “Schedule”.
- Opened = new functionality, every time any proposal is opened by a visitor/potential client. The proposal creator will get a notification email (only pro users, not free users). Proposal status will be changed from Published to Opened.
- Approved = new functionality, every time any proposal has been approved by a client. The proposal creator will get an Approved email (only pro users, not free users). Proposal status will change from Opened/Published to Approved
- Declined = new functionality, everytime any proposal has been declined by a client. The proposal creator will get declined a Declined email (only pro users not free users). Proposal status will change from Opened/Published to Declined
