Create professional proposals directly in WordPress using the two-step process below.
Process Overview: Follow Step 1 (Add Client) then Step 2 (Customize & Publish).
Step 1: Add Client
Proposal Title: Give your proposal a title for your reference.
Sender Details (Pre-filled from WP Admin Profile):
- Email: WP admin email (mandatory).
- Name: WP admin first/last name (mandatory).
- Company: Optional; appears in signature if provided.
Client Details (Manual Entry):
- Email: Mandatory – enter client email address.
- Name: Mandatory – enter client full name.
- Company: Optional field.
Click Create Proposal to proceed to editor.
Step 2: Customize & Publish
Add the contents you like publish, and share your proposal with your clients.
Proposal statuses –
All the default WordPress post statuses are also available in the Proposal Crafter proposal status.
- Approved: The proposal has been approved by the client.
- Declined: The proposal has been declined by the client.
- Preview: Use WP default Preview (new tab) for client view.
- Password Protected: Enable via WP post settings (shows “Password Protected” status).
- Scheduled: Use WP scheduling (shows “Scheduled” status).
- Standard WP Options: Pending review, categories, tags, featured image, comments, pingbacks.
Post-Publish: The Congrats modal displays the live URL. The WhatsApp button shares the proposal URL via WhatsApp, and the Email button uses mailto: with the sender’s email.
