How Rezicraft works — the big picture

- Use Template to create a draft with sample content
- Edit your content in the Gutenberg block editor

What happens under the hood
- Each resume is a WordPress custom post (
rezicraft_resume) - Template choice, color palette, font, and headshot settings are stored as post metadata
- Public pages use a dedicated resume template, not your theme’s default post layout
- Your resume content stays in your WordPress database on your domain
The block editor experience
Rezicraft does not use a separate resume app. You edit in the same Gutenberg editor used for WordPress posts and pages. The editor canvas is styled with your template CSS so the editing view closely matches the published resume.
You can use standard blocks: headings, paragraphs, lists, columns, groups, and images (for headshots on Pro).
Settings page (Pro only)
Rezicraft → Settings appears only when the Pro package is installed. Free users manage resumes through Templates and the block editor; there is no Settings submenu on the free build.
Advanced options
Email Resume — Enable Email to Recruiter on the Resumes list. When enabled, each published resume shows an action that opens your email app with a professional message and a link to your live resume.
Download settings
Enable PDF download — Shows a Download PDF button on public resume pages. The button uses your browser’s print-to-PDF flow with print-optimized CSS.
Print is available automatically on Pro (no separate toggle) — a Print button appears on public resume pages when Pro is active.
Background colors
Customize the look of public resume pages and the editor canvas:

Leave either field empty to use the default behavior.
License
The Settings page shows whether your Pro license is active and links to Manage License on Freemius for activation, upgrades, or deactivation.
Saving settings
After changing any option on the Settings page, click Save. PDF and email features respect these toggles immediately on the front end and admin list.
